Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Original artworks (unique pieces)
- Made-to-order and personalised products, including fine art prints, canvas prints, tote bags and other print-on-demand products — these are produced specifically for you and are exempt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)
How to exercise your right of withdrawal Contact us at info@annikaprana.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items Regardless of product type, you are always entitled to a replacement or refund in the case of transport damage or production defects. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation to info@annikaprana.com.
